Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation - All training program bookings must be made through our official website, email, or by contacting our registration team directly. - A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received or a confirmation email is issued by Ayla Horizon. - Upon confirmation, participants will receive detailed information regarding the training schedule, venue (or online access), and any materials required. 2. Payment Terms - Payment must be made in full before the start of the program unless otherwise agreed in writing. 3. Cancellations & Refunds - Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to abboud@aylahorizon.com. - More than 72 hours before the course: 100% refund or full credit for future training. - Less than 72 hours before the course: 50% refund or 75% credit for future training. - Same-day cancellations: No refund or credit. 4. Program Changes - Ayla Horizon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly and offered: A full refund, or a reschedule or transfer to a future session 5. Participant Substitution If a registered participant cannot attend, a substitute from the same organization may attend in their place at no extra cost. 6. Attendance and Certification Participants must attend the full program and complete any required assessments to receive a certificate of completion. Late arrivals or early departures may result in non-issuance of certification.
